The IT Service Desk is our frontline support unit which you can contact for support. Service Desk staff will try to resolve the problem on the phone, filing a support request in the appropriate category and closing the support job. If the problem cannot be resolved on the phone, it will be forwarded to the relevant department or field staff.
The IT Service Desk is available with all its staff for support calls from 07:30 to 17:15 on working days.
Limited service is available from 17:15 to 20:30 on working days.
A IT staff on duty is also available for limited support from 08:30 to 16:30 on Saturdays.
You can contact the IT Service Desk by dialling 1111 within the campus and 0 (212) 338 1111 from outside the campus.
A support request will automatically be filed for e-mails sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
