Koç University signed a license agreement with Microsoft which enables Office 365 for all students, faculty and staff.
Office 365 provides cloud applications such as Word Online, Excel Online, PowerPoint Online, OneNote Online, OneDrive and Skype where you may access from anywhere and any device just by logging in.
You may login to portal.office.com with your KU account and start using any application. You can share, collaborate and view your documents over the Internet. OneDrive lets you store your documents along with your personal files up to 1TB.
You may also download Office 365 for your personal devices. Agreement provides license for up to 5 devices, Mac or Windows powered computers, tablets or phones, for each user. Please note that the license is only available for KU members, so students will lose this privilege when they graduate.
You may refer to Office Training Center for detailed instructions and help documents for Microsoft Office 365. We’ve also prepared a video that shows how to install Office 365 on a Windows PC.
